I'm Eric Mwuara, a Philadelphia-based personal trainer. I got into this because I know what it feels like to want change and not know where to start — so I make the path obvious and the work doable.
Right now I'm deep in my training education, stacking certifications and studying the science so every rep you do is backed by a reason. You bring the effort; I'll bring the plan, the form checks, and the accountability that keeps you showing up.
